I personally will … I personally will use it a few times a week depending on how long I leave it in for. Once your teeth get to the whiteness you desire I suggest using it less often but keeping up with it so that they wont stain. Dont over use it because it could cause sensitivity and loss of the enamel on your teeth, which can be uncomfortable when drinking cold or hot liquids.
