my teeth are NOT YELLOW lol but i want them a little whiter. i dont want to use whitening strips cuz im young, so is there anything to make them a little whiter that i can do at home??? also i heard that salt water can make them whiter is this true???

Mix baking soda and peroxide with some water in a cup and mix it,brush your teeth with that for 1 week and you should see whiter teeth.It worked for me

First of all you need to understand that tooth color is either part of the makeup of the tooth or it’s due to food stains that have penetrated the enamel surface…Salt is an abrasive substance when used as you want to use it…that could over time damage the surface of the teeth. Otherwise the salt is an aseptic product…very good to promote healing and healthy tissue but harsh when used as an abrasive cleaner….Your Dentist can provide whitening services that will change the color without damaging the teeth……In the end it’s far better to have healthy off color teeth than no teeth at all.
